Address Change Requests:
- We are not responsible for packages being shipped to the incorrect address. We will ship your package to the address given to us on your order. We cannot guarantee that email requests for change of address will be processed.
Artwork Ownership:
- We have exclusive ownership of any/all designs we create, which includes custom designs. We have the right to share any of our designs online and via and other social media outlets. We also have the right to sell any of our designs, including custom pieces. If questions are asked to us within your order notes we will address them during the week we are working on your order.
