When I was growing up my parents measured my height behind the door in our pantry with a pencil and a tape measure. With this piece of art you won't have to worry about hiding your family tradition or leaving it behind if you move. Rulers may be customized in a variety of ways. making this heirloom as special as you and your family.

  • MATERIAL - High Quality Pine
  • BOARD SIZE - 6 feet tall by 7.25 inches wide
    • measurements start at 6 inches and go up to 6 foot 6 inches
    • can be made to starting at 0 if preferred (add to notes)
    • can be made to start at 1 foot and measure up to 7 feet tall (add to notes)
PERSONALIZING YOUR GROWTH CHART :
  • Choose your STAIN COLOR | TEXT COLOR
  • NUMBER of WORDS - (example using the child's name, Ella Marie Smith)

    • No Wording - the ruler will have ONLY numbers and tick marks
    • One Word - Ella, Smith, or Smith's
    • Two Words - Ella Marie, Ella Smith, The Smith's
    • Three Words - Ella Marie Smith, The Smith Family, Our Growing Family, Loved Beyond Measure, Our Growing Grandkids/Grandchildren
    • Create Your Own - add birth stats, family phrase, or inspirational quote
  • Enter the CHILD/CHILDRENS name, FAMILY name or phrase you'd like on the ruler

HANGING INSTRUCTIONS - ruler is to be mounted directly to a wall stud at two points, one near the top and one near the bottom of the ruler to insure there is no movement while adding your child(s) height/milestones.

    • made to be hung 6 inches off the floor to be above standard baseboards
