  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    1. We accept 2 payment methods, credit/debit card and your Koenig Equipment stipend.
  2. How do I use my Koenig Equipment stipend?
    1. To use your Koenig Equipment Stipend, create an account and login. Doing so will prompt 937 Designs to send you a unique code to type in during checkout, which voids the credit/debit card payment method. You will not be able to combine payment methods.
  3. How do I find my Koenig Equipment stipend balance?
    1. E-mail 937 Designs directly at _____ and they can confirm what your remaining available balance is.
  4. Can I change or cancel my order?
    1. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact 937 Designs as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.
  5. What are my shipping options?
    1. You can choose to have your order delivered to the Shared Resource Center in Botkins and sent through interoffice mail at no additional charge, or you can opt for direct shipping to your home address for a fee of $9.95.
  6. When will my order ship?
    1. We do our best to embroider/screenprint within 3-5 days of the order. Pending quantities, it could take 2-3 weeks before your custom order arrives.
  7. What is your return policy?
    1. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags. Apparel sizing varies, please do your best to verify sizing before purchasing. If goods appear damaged, please contact us immediately.
